Brisbane Modular Manufacturing Pty. Ltd (BMM) founded in 2012 is a company incorporated in Australia and is a fully licenced Open Builder. It is the parent company of the Australian Robotic Building Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd.
We have proved in the last 8 years that we can manufacture and construct buildings of exceptional quality and consistency, built off-site in a controlled manufacturing environment and then installed on-site.

Changing the way we BUILD

At ARBT we understand that each project is different with its own challenges and possibilities.

Our current production capacity is about 960 modules per year, we are expanding this to a larger area within Malaysia and Singapore to about 3000 modules per year. All the steel frames are manufactured using Kuka Robots in our factory and the other processes like wall framing, sheeting, waterproofing, and tiling are all being automated.

By optimising the various construction processes and sequences our goal is to create a consistent and quality product that allows a faster construction with a reduced cost. As such, our goal is to set up and operate by 2025; a total of 5 factories across the globe with a presence in Malaysia, Singapore, Middle East, Australia, United States and Europe.

Design to delivery

ARBT has its own Integrated Design to Delivery team of Architects, Engineers, BIM professionals, Project Managers, Manufacturing team and Procurement team, who work with other disciplines to address the specific needs of each project from Initiation till the completion.

DESIGN & ENGINEERING

Our In-house Architects and Engineers work closely with the client to modularise the proposed development as per the local government Building code.

MATERIAL PROCUREMENT

The Procurement team prepares the quantity take-offs and order the materials from our approved suppliers based on the lead time.

ASSEMBLY

Our skilled and qualified workers and contractors assemble the various prefabricated components as per the approved Work Method Statement.

FABRICATION DETAILING

Our In-house drafting team and BIM modelers ensure there are no clashes and create the required fabrication drawings for the factory.

PREFABRICATION

Our Production managers break up the processes and manufacture the building components in the allocated work bays ready for assembly.

COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATION

Our in-house Quality inspectors work together with Third party quality inspectors to ensure compliance at every step of the process.

ON-SITE CONSTRUCTION

Our in-house Architects and Engineers work closely with the client to modularise the proposed development as per the local government building code.

COMPLETION

Our completion team on site ensures that the building works are completed, and the inspections are carried out by the Principal Certifying Authority to obtain a “Certificate of Occupancy”

TRANSPORTATION

Our Logistics partners arrange for the shrink wrapping of the finished modular products and provide the delivery from our factory floor to the construction site including storage at the port.

MODULE INSTALLATION

Our Skilled module installation team coordinates with the logistics to sequence the modules and get them delivered on-site Just In Time as they progress and install all the modules to erect the building.

Our current factory is spread across 2 acres of land with a covered area of 50,000 Square feet in the Free Trade Zone in Malaysia.
